Jayne Williams – Wedding

We honestly had the most amazing fabulous time everything flowed with perfection!

From the Friday night eating in the restaurant to the Sunday morning having breakfast we couldn’t have wished for a better weekend .

The staff was more than attentive and helpful with any requests we had . Karen and Sarah on the day were perfect.


Simon Walford – Private event

The whole event from start to finish has been top drawer. You’re help through the planning stages was fantastic, Sarah was also really helpful with helping us set out the cake table, balloon displays etc and nothing was too much trouble for her during the evening.

The food was also great and went down well with our guests.
The bar staff were also very professional and provided a really friendly service all night.


Joanne Mackey – Private event

I must say everything went fantastic, the meal was absolutely gorgeous, the staff were brilliant, Sarah bent over backs for us couldn’t do enough.
All the planning from your side was also brilliant. Definitely would recommend the Alberts if wanting a party or a meal.
Everybody who attended on the night thought it was fantastic.


Shirley Melia-Redgrave – Corporate event 

We wanted to write and thank you for the fantastic evening we had. It was perfect from beginning to end thanks to you and forward planning.

The young man (I’m soooooo old! ) looking after us was amazing! Nothing too much trouble and so polite and friendly but also so professional.

The food was exceptional and thank you for making the room look so lovely. The children (and the grown ups) had a lovely evening to remember.

We hope you’ll have us back next year!!


Jonny & Sophie Smalley – Wedding

The planning of our day was fantastic to all the planning before hand to the day its self and the help and support we had. Everyone loved albert’s and commented on how much a stunning venue it was. The room was perfect and decorated stunning just as I described it to be. You are amazing.

Karen we appreciate everything you did for the ladies in the morning and the planning of the arrival of us entering . The girls all commented about how great you were and supportive.

Sophie especially thought Chris was amazing for everything he did for us on the night to make our night go smoothly he was always their seeing if we were okay and cant thank him enough.

Everyone commented on the food being amazing. The waiters that was operating and running our room where so helpful and they deserve a lot of credit.

Victoria Hodson  – Wedding

Truly amazing, from the moment we sat down to talk about our options for our wedding to the day after our wedding.

Karen was well organised went over and above board making sure our day was perfect, ensuring I (bride) was looked after from the moment I checked in to the moment I left the venue. Karen ensured all the finer details were confirmed in good time and understood we wanted for our day. Couldn’t ask for a better event planner, and is a credit to Albert’s.

Day staff – for our wedding lunch, each staff member made sure everyone was happy and any special requests for our fussy eaters where perfect, even to the point in helping us with taking our centre pieces upstairs without hesitation. The food was absolutely amazing as normal – every guest was very impressed

Night staff – From the moment we walked upstairs we was looked after, James looked after the drinks and was always smiling he was amazing. The bar staff was fast, efficient and always happy to help. The pate boards and deli boards where amazing as well – amazing value

Clearing up – I don’t know how they did it but they did, they packed everything up which we was very thankful for a perfect end to a perfect day

Every person involved in our day made it perfect and unforgettable – we are looking to book for birthdays and all our events with you from now on.

What an amazing venue!

We held a retirement event here for a valued member of our company. The staff are wonderful. From management, organising a seamless running order to the lovely people serving drinks and helping tidy up at the end of the night. All executed with a smile and a friendly manner.

Alec & Kenny – Post Wedding Party

Our Post Wedding Party was absolutely perfect!
The Event Manager was an absolute SUPERSTAR! The evening flowed so well and we felt like we were in the very best and capable hands possible!
The room was perfect and I cannot think of a better venue. The size and especially the fact that the outdoor balcony is so close to the rest of the room (so that you don’t lose your smokers, due to having to go downstairs etc) is amazing!
The bar staff were all so sweet and really amazing.
The comments we have had on the food!!!! Well…wow!!! People kept saying things like, “that is the best burger
I have ever had!” And “oh my goodness them hot dogs are sooo good!!”
The comments that people made in regards to the whole evening, the room, the service, the staff etc was so
amazing.
It was completely perfect!
